The first of the three new restaurants is Sundried Tomato. A local favorite since 1993, Sundried will be opening its third Orange County location at Talega Village Center. Chef/Owner Mark Jacobi and partner Rob Quest have made a name for Sundried by serving up creative California cuisine like their pork tenderloin enchilada with goat cheese and a sweet enchilada sauce and their lamb burger with gorgonzola cheese offered in a contemporary and casual atmosphere
